Action to send a Microsoft Teams DM
A workflow action which could send a customizable message to the scheduled team member (where we can associate them with a Microsoft Teams account). This could be used, for example, to send a reminder in Microsoft Teams to the scheduled user15 minutes before an appointment they have.
Dark Mode for the site
Would be nice to have an option to enable dark mode so people working in darker environments don't hurt their eyes as much when they are working on either modifying or creating new appointment types.
Support for Azure Active Directory SSO
Add support for logging into TimeZest using Azure AD as the identity provider.
Automatically cancel any appointments when a ticket is closed.
Monitor ticket status via webhooks, and automatically cancel any future appointments that have been created for the ticket when the ticket is closed.
Now that Autotask has a dark mode, it would be great to have the integrated timezest on the ticket also follow that setting or have that option.
Recurring Meeting Schedule
A user can request a recurring meeting and have TimeZest look at a calendar 4 weeks ahead to verify no conflicts.
Pull member photo from CW Manage
I think it would be cool and add a personal touch if you can see a photo of the person you are scheduling with, maybe grab the photo from CW manage account
"Sub"-Pods with selected members / appointment types
Currently, the TimeZest pod includes a list of all members, and all appointment types in the TimeZest account. This can be unwieldy for MSPs with a large number of members, or a large number of appointment types. This feature would allow administrators to generate new pod configurations, which only show certain members, or certain appointment types, so that - for example, the help desk team could have a help desk pod with only help desk team members, and help desk appointment types, but a sales team could have a separate pod with their members and appointment types.
User Availability - Schedule Template
For User Availability, currently the only availability options are ConnectWise Standard Office Hours or Custom. I would love to be able to have templates (i.e. 6a-3p, 7a-4p, 8a-5p, ext.) and assign them to users. Ideally, I can exclude the lunch hour in this template as well. This would make it much easier to maintain and change schedules for users over time.
Select Availability TimeFrame per Appointment
We like to schedule certain types of requests only in the afternoons but there is current no way to select only after 12pm for a whole week as the "Additional Options" only affect the current day, allowing clients to schedule for mornings the next concurrent days instead of after 12pm as described.
