Option to cancel TimeZest when status of a ticket is changed by the tech.
Currently if we send out a TimeZest, the workflow for TimeZest will continue even if the ticket is sent to another team or is set to another status (In our case we have a "completed" status which is different from closed). It would be great if there was an option to set TimeZest to cancel depending on which status is currently selected. This would be helpful when we route tickets to other teams or we set tickets to a completed status. As of right now the only option that does do this is when a ticket is in a "closed" status.

Allow us to configure per appointment type how soon or how far out a client can reschedule.

Make Cancellation Reason a required field
I'd love for the cancellation reason field/box to be required when a client cancels their appointment. Our clients don't regularly give a reason so it's unclear if they need to reschedule or fully cancel (ex: their issue resolved itself, etc.)

Always Allow 1 Team Member to be Free
We love the idea of the TimeZest Team option, but can't have every single tech on the team tied up with a scheduled call. We need TimeZest to be contextually aware of the entire teams schedule and block availability once a certain number of team members are scheduled for a time block.

Confirmation Emails to Multiple Users
I am managing Time Zest for one of our staff members (user). It would be helpful to receive confirmation emails as well when a client books an appointment so I can follow up.

ConnectWise PSA - Add Teams Meeting to technicians calendar
We use Timezest in ConnectWise PSA. Currently, the technicians get a calendar entry from ConnectWise itself, but not from Teams. They need to navigate to the internal notes of the ticket to find the Teams Meeting URL. Is there an existing feature to allow this to work or is it yet to be implemented?

It would be great to only show certain appointment types by board.

Restrict apt type to certain users
It would be great if we could set up appointment type that are only available for certain users (or a group of users). Different job functions need different appointments and it doesn't make sense for everyone to sort through the ones they don't need.

Add Color-coding by Source
Currently all items in the CalendarHQ view show the same color and it is not clear without opening them which calendar they are coming from. Suggest adding colors to designate if from CWM, Exchange, Booked by TimeZest, etc.
