We would like an option in the TimeZest Pod of the CRM, in our case, ConnectWise, to Cancel without following the cancellation trigger of the Appointment type. I.E does not email the client to say the appointment has been cancelled. Use Case: A scheduling URL or invite has been created, and cannot be edited. We need to change the contact or guests or the duration, but we don't want to cancel as we have already sent the link to the client, or have already discussed a specific date/time for the appointment and simply want to edit it before sending the confirmation. If we use the existing "cancel" option, a cancellation will be sent to the client which is confusing, as we are not actually cancelling the appointment. Note: this would not replace the existing cancel option, but would instead give an extra Cancel (no notify) option. This would also be useful if the TimeZest invite was created in error. Bonus points if this option can be restricted to Admins if needed.
