Currently all items in the CalendarHQ view show the same color and it is not clear without opening them which calendar they are coming from. Suggest adding colors to designate if from CWM, Exchange, Booked by TimeZest, etc.

Agent-Ranked Teams Scheduling
Be able to assign an appointment to an agent based on an ordering queue. Team 1 1rst option: Steven 2nd option: David 3rd option: Larry Team 2: 1rst option: John 2nd option: Ralph 3rd option: Steven We have teams that have 'primary techs' per client. We'd like the primary tech to get the appointment if they are free, but then the reserves get the appointment if the primary is booked or off shift.

Missed Appointment
Have TimeZest check the status of the appointment. If it has not moved from the "Scheduled" status after the appointment start time, plus a buffer, change the status. Allows a dispatch team to react to a missed appointment via automation within TZ.

Custom Question(s)/Additional Question in "Fields" for Appointment Type
We would like the ability to add a custom question or a fixed question when the customer is scheduling their TimeZest appointment: "Would you like us to contact you earlier than your scheduled time if an earlier appointment becomes available? Option to answer "Yes" or "No"

for Manage, resource = ME by default
hey smart people, can we make the default resource, when scheduling thru the TZ Pod in Manage, the resource that is logged in? this would be very helpful for our colleagues who do a lot of their own scheduling/TZ's. Thanks!

Use TimeZest for sending meeting invites
If a user has already provided us with the date/time they want to meet, it'd be great to let TimeZest still send the meeting invite directly from CWM. The 'send meeting' function in CWM is NOT user friendly.

Auto-invite Additional Ticket Contacts
In Autotask, you have Ticket Contacts and Additional Ticket Contacts. It would be beneficial to have an option to automatically invite Additional Ticket Contacts (as guests) to avoid having to find and re-enter email addresses (in the "Invite Guests" field). This will keep them aware. We have a number of Client Contacts who want to be kept aware of meeting being scheduled with users.

Reminders during business days only
It would be nice if the reminders didn't fire over the weekend or at least had the option to restrict it to business hours only. Pausing the timer for the weekend or something similar and resume it on Monday. Holidays too.

Allow admins to silent cancel
We'd like admins to be able to cancel events that won't email the contact when so done.
