When a Contact schedules an appointment using a second or third email, TimeZest should look in these fields for an existing match. Right now it only searches the main email address field on Contacts, if no match is found, then a new Account and Contact is created.

We use shared links to automatically create tickets in Connectwise Manage for specific tasks such as Remote Device Setup or Remote Device Wipe. It would be helpful to be able to ask for the serial number of the device that we will be working on so that we can prepare for the appointment.

I would like the next available appointment type to be available as information, even if the ticket is not scheduled for that time. For example, when a ticket is scheduled, I would output this to the ticket notes: "Jane Doe has selected an appointment time of 11am. The first available appointment for this type and resource was 9am." I would likely use this in the ticket notes, emails to the customer, and potentially the API as a date. By having this data, its much easier to discuss with clients breaches in SLA while also using timezest to its full potential.

It would be nice if the reminders didn't fire over the weekend or at least had the option to restrict it to business hours only. Pausing the timer for the weekend or something similar and resume it on Monday. Holidays too.

My techs get the sharable URL from the website and not the pod in CW Manage. I don't have them use that because there is no confirmation box and when they click the “ask client to schedule" button it fires off an email and I don’t want something to send by mistake. The only people who use the pod is the dispatcher. I do like the “additional options” section that the pod has and it would be nice if the website had something like that as well. I was think the website could have a page called “Sharable URL Generator” then techs have access to it and can generate a shareable URL. They can select the resource, and appointment type, input the ticket number, as well as have options that the pod has like scheduling before or after a time or changing the duration.

We have clients that want to only work with specific resources (regardless of the fact that their service level may be delayed). So what I am looking for is a drop down list of the resources that are part of a Team that the contact can choose, and then it would only show that one resources availability.

hey smart people, can we make the default resource, when scheduling thru the TZ Pod in Manage, the resource that is logged in? this would be very helpful for our colleagues who do a lot of their own scheduling/TZ's. Thanks!

We are using the Teams app dark theme with CloudRadial and we also have Tz widget embedded into some CR order forms. Unfortunately Tz does not render well in dark mode so we have to modify the background to white in the embedded code, so that the calendar widget is readable

It would be great if we could introduce a handful of form questions to be submitted alongside of the booking. We use Microsoft Bookings for this at the moment, but we're prefer to have it integrated into CW. We are looking to introduce TimeZest for our end user on-boarding process. Blocking in an open slot with an available resource is great. However, based on certain criteria, that user may be disqualified as a result of their hardware/OS not meeting the minimum requirements. With WFH (work from home) being common place now, we encounter numerous BYOD situations that haven't been vetted by the employer or is simply underspec'd. Having those questions answered by the submitting user would allow us a follow up with them ahead of the tentative call.

To replace calendly I would like to see an Apple iCloud Calendar integration.
