The client receives the teams meeting link info in their appointment invite but the scheduled resource appoinment doesn't - this is only in a separate email. it would be a massive quick-win and easy thing to fix if the scheduled resource calendar entry also included the teams link...

We'd love API access to user scheduling configuration so we can build auditing and automation workflows. Specifically, we'd like the ability to: Read all user availability and scheduling blocks Calculate total available hours for a user Create, update, and remove availability blocks Determine whether a user's Personal Page is enabled Enable or disable a user's Personal Page Determine which appointment types are published on a user's Personal Page Enable or disable appointment types on a user's Personal Page These capabilities would allow us to automate onboarding, enforce scheduling standards, identify scheduling anomalies, and generate operational reporting across our organization. Thank you for considering this enhancement and for creating such an awesome product :)

When canceling an unanswered TimeZest, create an option to not send an email stating it was canceled.

Since CW Manage can use BOTH Meeting Invites and recurring ticket templates, it would be nice to allow meeting recurrence in TimeZest. This should be configurable on the appointment type. Example: If we wanted to establish a weekly/monthly/yearly appointment with a contact (i.e., QBRs), it would be nice to send them an invite to a specific appointment type that would be recurring and they can select the day of the week (starting with the first date) and the time.

I see the Resend Link option on the "Assigned" tab under Dispatch HQ. It doesn't give the same functionality as the Pod in ConnectWise. To be more precise, the Appointment Types drop down isn't populating my built Appointments list.

For our onsite dispatches, it would be nice to have the ability to adjust buffer times on the fly instead of having multiple onsite appointments with different buffer times. We have customers who range in drive time and we don't always want to change the onsite duration as our customers then think we'll be onsite longer than we are actually scheduled for. This would be a great feature to have under the additional settings inside of the pod.

At least in workflow mode, it'd be nice to be able to control the additional options that can be set when a Teams meeting is created. Namely things like whether it should be recorded and/or transcribed, or if the meeting chat should be "limited" to In-meeting only. Please add a feature for the invitation recipient to add a note to their accepted or declined invitation. This note would then be added to the Internal Notes of the PSA ticket. As part of this, the recipient should be able to accept or decline an invitation with a note field for them to add further context.

It would be nice if the reminders didn't fire over the weekend or at least had the option to restrict it to business hours only. Pausing the timer for the weekend or something similar and resume it on Monday. Holidays too.

We have a paging system when tickets are scheduled. It would be great to have an option to update the tickets due date for the time a client has selected.
