schedule/manage multiple people

The product works well for engineers and clients with support tickets, but we are trying to use it for presales engagements, in other words the customer is the MicroAge sales rep, they need the ability to forward the meeting email to the client, or they need to be able to add their client to the invitation at time of booking (kind of like calendly). Most importantly they need to know that the client has accepted the meeting through some method, like the outlook tracker or an email reply that the client has accepted. Basically it has to be “third party” friendly in the presales model.
Automatically cancel any appointments when a ticket is closed.
Monitor ticket status via webhooks, and automatically cancel any future appointments that have been created for the ticket when the ticket is closed.
Include a Filter option on the Users page ( https://app.timezest.com/settings/users ) to allow filtering by Administrators vs Users.
Set reminder on appointment
I noticed right now that TimeZest does not set reminders on activities that it schedules. Would like to have this added. Our technicians miss their appointments without the reminders.
Allow a secondary resource to become the primary resource when appointment is scheduled
Currently when an appointment is scheduled, TimeZest updates the primary resource in Autotask with the scheduled resource. However, if the scheduled resource is already a secondary resource, TimeZest does not change the primary resource. It would be great if an existing secondary resource could be made the primary resource.
MFA on by default? Global enforcement of MFA?
I might not be seeing it but it seems that MFA can't be enforced globally for all users. Why isn't this just on by default?? It's 2022.
Schedule Multiple Meetings from one TZ Link
Ideal situation would be for a consultant on our side to send out 1 Time Zest link and the recipient could schedule all of their implementation meetings within their project using that one link. Currently, to use Time Zest, we have to send out a distinct invite from each meeting ticket in CW Manage, so if we have 7 meetings planned, 7 links have to be sent, one from each ticket. This adjustment would be amazing and would allow us to switch over to Time Zest exclusively for scheduling our partner-facing meetings.

Schedule project tasks - Autotask
It's great that we can schedule reactive work for the service desk. It would be fantastic if we could schedule the proactive side of the business. Tickets and tasks are separate items in Autotask, being able to schedule project tasks is a critical item for anyone using project in AT.
