Feature Requests

We received the screenshot attached from someone and wonder if something like this is possible in TimeZest. It shows dates and times in the email itself to allow a time to be easily chosen. See screenshot

I think it would be great to add the ability to customize the notification message at the time you setup the schedule request from the pod on the ticket. A simple checkbox to trigger a custom message for the appointment would be great. Or a text area in the "Additional Options" section. This would let you point out anything special that the contact would need to know or have ready for the appointment.

Provide an option from the pod to resend the email. Another option would be the ability to copy the link that is sent so we could email it directly or through an update sent thru the ticket.

Currently the subject line for the ICS invite shows as "[Appointment Type] with [tech name]". We would like to be able to customize this to include things like the [srnumber] and [srsummary]. While we can show these in the ICS details, our clients are requesting this so they can more easily tell appointments apart.

The move to remove support for email templates not created in the WYSIWYG editor is a step back for us. We need to have a workaround to be able to add HTML content. This will help us match the look and feel of emails from our PSA and other services.

I would like to be able to resize our logo/branding image when it is used within an email template. We have a large high resolution file that is great for some templates, but for other, we would like it to be smaller.

We would like to be able to upload image files to be used in Email Templates without having to use the "image's hosted URL". We still want to be able to embed a link, but would like the images to just be uploaded as the link is not always needed.

Could the undeliverable notifications be sent to the resource(s) who sent the TZ link OR if Admins could be connected to specific users then the notifications could just go to them

I would love to have the option to make all the default templates bilingual on command so that I wouldnt need as many different appointment types and email templates just to have the same thing in french and in english.
