Feature Requests

Currently the subject line for the ICS invite shows as "[Appointment Type] with [tech name]". We would like to be able to customize this to include things like the [srnumber] and [srsummary]. While we can show these in the ICS details, our clients are requesting this so they can more easily tell appointments apart.

I think it would be great to add the ability to customize the notification message at the time you setup the schedule request from the pod on the ticket. A simple checkbox to trigger a custom message for the appointment would be great. Or a text area in the "Additional Options" section. This would let you point out anything special that the contact would need to know or have ready for the appointment.

Provide an option from the pod to resend the email. Another option would be the ability to copy the link that is sent so we could email it directly or through an update sent thru the ticket.

I would love to have the option to make all the default templates bilingual on command so that I wouldnt need as many different appointment types and email templates just to have the same thing in french and in english.

The move to remove support for email templates not created in the WYSIWYG editor is a step back for us. We need to have a workaround to be able to add HTML content. This will help us match the look and feel of emails from our PSA and other services.

Need the ability to modify the tags (like the red "cancellation" tag after that type of email template). If I mistakenly select the wrong one and get it all setup before realizing, I have to completely delete it (or create new, copying the first and then delete) and recreate it with the correct type. seems like something we should be able to modify so that those templates are available when using the classic config menu under appointments. Either that or don't limit what is available in the class config notifications and emails.

I am managing Time Zest for one of our staff members (user). It would be helpful to receive confirmation emails as well when a client books an appointment so I can follow up.

Make available a rescheduling URL variable in cancellation emails. This URL can be built using our base URL, the resources slug, the appointment type slug, and the ticket number, but the resource slug and appointment type slug aren't available variables either.

At the moment, if a client reschedules an appointment, and TimeZest then schedules it with a different team member, the original member who is no longer scheduled does not receive a notification. They should be notified that they're no longer scheduled.
