Feature Requests

I have found myself in multiple situations where I have needed insight into groups of schedule requests and how they are being interacted with. Most recently I can describe 2 situations: I wanted to understand length of time for internal resources between various stages of the schedule request. i.e. when was it sent, when did it hit follow-up and what day was the schedule date actually chosen. (evaluating response time. I wanted to understand for a particular "End User" how many times they rescheduled via the link. I hoped to export their list from the dashboard and see by ticket # how many instances of scheduling occurred for a single schedule request. - something along those lines The data exists, however it is only interactable with by looking into the specific request's audit trail. This does not solve my problem of trying to identify trends or issues, it only provides information for specific circumstances.

We are very focused on data, analytics, and utilization info for our techs to monitor the ROI that TimeZest gives us. It would be really great to have a longer history (that is, more than the 14 days you can see now) of appointment scheduling rates as well as finding utilization rates per tech. For example, how many appointments a specific tech is scheduling and being scheduled for (by team url scheduling) and maybe how many a group (or generically, "All Users") are doing in the same metrics. Ideally, I'd like enough data that I can look at reports and see that, for example, one tech is not using it very much on average compared to his team so we can do coaching and figure out what's up.

Would be nice to be able to see all Timezests scheduled for a Company and or a specific project with the ability to see users, ticket number and description.
