Restrict appointment cancellations so they cannot be done through TimeZest pod/Insight/tab. Essentially, I want our engineers to have to go through a TimeZest Admin in order to cancel an appointment with our customers.

This would save precious time when tying to send scheduling links.

Our documentation software requires a 16 character string to authenticate with the QR code. We typically paste the code into our software and then it can generate the 6 character code.

At the moment, TimeZest does not delete any data from our database, with the exception of API credentials, which are deleted after 90 days of an account being cancelled. This change would add a configurable setting which would allow you to establish a data retention policy that controls if, and after how long, TimeZest deletes your customer data from our servers.
