Currently TimeZest works great when we want to send an invite to a client to choose an available time from our Help Desk group. However, many client requests do not require a meeting time scheduled with a user, though we still want to assign the work to a staff member and block out a period of time for them to work on it. In ConnectWise Manage, this requires manually choosing a technician to schedule and then blocking time for them in the Resources & Meetings pod. It would save us a lot of time if TimeZest could find the next available technician in the group and automatically schedule them, without involving the client.
