Currently, the landing page that allows for meeting bookings is very simple and small. We would like to be able to create a custom landing page or embed that landing page in our website.

We have a paging system when tickets are scheduled. It would be great to have an option to update the tickets due date for the time a client has selected.

Monitor ticket status via webhooks, and automatically cancel any future appointments that have been created for the ticket when the ticket is closed.

We'd like admins to be able to cancel events that won't email the contact when so done.

An additional action type to send status data to a HTTP webhook address. Our use case for this is to allow us to perform additional complex actions using Power Automate and other platforms

If a user has already provided us with the date/time they want to meet, it'd be great to let TimeZest still send the meeting invite directly from CWM. The 'send meeting' function in CWM is NOT user friendly.

Instead of scheduling URLs being " subdomain.timezest.com ", partners would be able to configure a CNAME record in the DNS for their main domain - e.g. " scheduling.mymsp.com ", and TimeZest would respond to requests made it it. HTTPS would be provided by Lets Encrypt, where TimeZest generates an SSL certificate for the subdomain.

Currently TimeZest works great when we want to send an invite to a client to choose an available time from our Help Desk group. However, many client requests do not require a meeting time scheduled with a user, though we still want to assign the work to a staff member and block out a period of time for them to work on it. In ConnectWise Manage, this requires manually choosing a technician to schedule and then blocking time for them in the Resources & Meetings pod. It would save us a lot of time if TimeZest could find the next available technician in the group and automatically schedule them, without involving the client.

In a group link a client schedules with one of the team members from the group. Then the client reschedules with another team member from group. During the rescheduling process: The schedule time for the first appointment is removed from ConnectWise. A schedule time for rescheduled appointments is added to ConnectWise. The rescheduled team member is added as a resource in ConnectWise. The first appointment team member remains as a resource in ConnectWise. This creates confusion and it will be great to have the resource removed when appointment is rescheduled with a different resource.

It would be fantastic to be able to coordinate with multiple external resources in a polling method where TimeZest will prompt the user to choose from multiple times available for a TimeZest individual, team, or panel. Then present these times to multiple external recipients and they can vote. Then have afeature where one of the TimeZest users will select the appropriate (still) available time and it will: create the resource schedules (firm for required, tenative for optional) email external recipients with a calendar invitation setup the virtual meeting link (if integrated, if requested)
