Use TimeZest for sending meeting invites

If a user has already provided us with the date/time they want to meet, it'd be great to let TimeZest still send the meeting invite directly from CWM. The 'send meeting' function in CWM is NOT user friendly.

Well done Jason Casuga and team!!! The implementation looks completely intuitive and usable! This will help us use TZ so much more for internal scheduling!

Review the Help Center documentation using the link below to learn how to send TimeZest meeting invites to your clients from within the PSA's ticket or in Calendar HQ.

Jason Casuga Thanks Jason!
Not sure if it is too late, but it would be nice if on the "Create an Appointment" tab in CWM there was an option to change the Duration. We still have to use the "request an appointment" tab and "create scheduling URL" if we want to schedule the appointment with a different amount of time than the one set with the appointment type.
Jason Casuga
Shannon Gomes: Yes, we have that staged and ready to work on. We're also including the ability to schedule with a different contact.

Jason Casuga - This is wonderful! I've been waiting for this for so long. Glad to see it rolled out.
Once enhancement I'd love to see is the ability to pick any date/time, including times that may conflict with existing calendar events. This already exists in Calendar HQ's Reschedule feature ("Show all time slots" checkbox).
Jason Casuga
Matthew Zaroff: You're wanting this toggle to appear in the ticket's pod too?

Jason Casuga - Yes. We live in our PSA. If we're communicating with a client via a ticket (email or phone), and a time is confirmed, I'd love to just send the appointment directly from the ticket.
It would be a major headache to have to login to the TZ website, navigate to Calendar HQ, find the ticket on someone's calendar (assuming it's even scheduled for anyone), and then send an invite from there.

Some kind of calendar function inside TimeZest itself, with the ability to manually schedule, and reschedule appointments is majorly needed. Trying to manage in PSA calendar is a horrible experience.
