Mini Questionnaire to qualify appointment

It would be great if we could introduce a handful of form questions to be submitted alongside of the booking. We use Microsoft Bookings for this at the moment, but we're prefer to have it integrated into CW.
We are looking to introduce TimeZest for our end user on-boarding process. Blocking in an open slot with an available resource is great. However, based on certain criteria, that user may be disqualified as a result of their hardware/OS not meeting the minimum requirements.
With WFH (work from home) being common place now, we encounter numerous BYOD situations that haven't been vetted by the employer or is simply underspec'd.
Having those questions answered by the submitting user would allow us a follow up with them ahead of the tentative call.

When a meeting request is submitted have additional configurable questions on the confirmation page.
Currently the only additional field is preferred phone number.
Background I am tying to use time zest to schedule group training sessions but the meetings can only be arranged between the primary on the ticket and technician I would prefer if they could specify who else should be involved

Similar request.
We would like the ability to add a custom field for "Location"
i.e. for clients that have more than one site, we would like to set up a field to confirm which office they will be at.

I wonder if there's a way to use this as an API plugin to another event system as well, but this would work for a great place to start.

I would have to agree with Casey - we currently use an outside method to solve this issue - we basically start our sales process with a questionnaire link, THEN provide a TimeZest scheduling link based on acceptable answers - looks like you're doing this with Bookings already anyway. Good suggestion!

Damian Bailey: That's the thing. We're so ready to abandon MS Bookings in favour of something more tightly integrated. The topic is trending at the moment, so let's cross our fingers :)
