Allow specific appointment slots to be defined for an appointment type
Jason Langenauer
We only wish to offer certain specific slots every day for particular appointments, for example 8am-10:30am, 10:30am-1pm and 2pm-4:30pm, and would like to specify these directly.

This would be fantastic - we have clients that have very specific allowed service hours. Being able to limit our subcontractors based on this would be ideal.
for us it would be something that could be edited in "Additional Options" per dispatch so that each client does not need its own dispatch type

Manual Override (multiple options)

Rather than giving the client full access to our availability, for some appointment types, we would like a manual override option where we can send a schedule link that only shows them 3x or 4x different options to choose from.
e.g. Monday 3pm, Tuesday 10am, Wednesday no availability, Thursday 10am, Friday 11am.

We'd like the ability to provide customers with a specific day of the week each week for an appointment type. For example, select a time on a Thursday only each week for the next 6 weeks.

We use MS Bookings to schedule workstation installs. They are a block of 2 hours and the client can pick 8:30-10:30, 10:30-12:30, 1-3, or 3-5. I can’t see a way to do this in TimeZest because an end user could pick a start time of 9:30-11:30 and now we can only have that tech do 1 install for that morning vs two.

We are looking for a way to use Time Zest to schedule "Client Lunch" where we take a client to lunch, which means we really only want them to schedule for a block that falls between 11:00 and 1:00.

Yes! These slots should also allow me to choose which days of the week are available for bookings or to specify a date range for the meeting to occur.

We need this feature; where we can specify multiple dates/times [only] to be selected by the client, i.e. not just the next available time slots. Use case is for tech account meetings which occur onsite froom 1pm - 5pm. We also offer this up to multiple clients and is planned a month in advance so need the flexibility and control over which dates/times can be offered up.

We'd like ability to have option for AM and PM slots potentially, I guess it would be hard to not overbook but we might say to a customer, we can be there AM or PM and give them the option of this rather than a fixed time.
