Count Business Days for No-Response Deadline

Currently, TZ closes our ticket after 4 days, but we would like for TZ to close the ticket only after 4 business days.

I believe there have been similar requests to have TimeZest use only business days in their triggers. Here is a popular one:

Shannon Gomes: We'll keep this request separate from the other feature request even though the functionality is similar. Only keeping them separated so we can track them separately.
For the other feature request (Reminders during business days only), we are keeping it staged for our Engineering team to begin work at a future time as we're heavily focused on higher priority items at this time. When the team has capacity or when the higher priority items are nearing completion, then the "Reminders during business days" feature can be prioritized to be pulled in to begin working on it. I can't give an ETA on start time but I can say it's something we're ready to move forward with implementing.
