Allow Triggers & Actions inside of Workflows to be duplicated within the same appointment and copied to other appointments (copy & paste).

Duplication options should be allowed at each level: Actions, Triggers, and entire Workflows.

Also, enable both Triggers & Actions inside of Workflows to be dragged & dropped for easier reordering.
