Use TZ Internally to Choose a Time

It would be great if there was an "internal link" when using TZ so we could use it to book a specific engineer. For instance if the dispatcher was on a call and wants to offer a time for a specific engineer they could use TZ without having to use the clunky "Check availability" option. Or, could be used to schedule internal meetings for multiple staff.

Require all team members for meeting

I would like to be able to see only time slots where all team members are available and then book the entire team for the same meeting. Good for impromptu staff meetings.

Would be great to be able to do this from inside AutoTask - so an engineer can book time with another engineer to assist on the ticket without sending the client anything.
The AT widget only allows you to book an appointment with a contact, not another AT user.

We want the ability to request internal review meetings on existing tickets. Give us the ability to select multiple internal resources and and schedule a review of a ticket.
Jason Langenauer
Jeff Owen: You could achieve something like this by creating a new "Internal Review" appointment type, then switching it to workflow mode, and simply delete all the actions which send the client an email. You'd probably want to edit the actions which create a note on the ticket to adjust the text there.
Then, when you want to schedule one of these internal reviews, click "Generate URL" instead of "Ask Client to Schedule", and paste that URL into a browser and select the time.

I think this would be a great feature. We often have techs that would like to pencil in a meeting with a manager in regards to a ticket, but not alert or inform the contact on the ticket. We currently achieve this by targeting a 'general' contact in the TimeZest pod for that company (so that the original contact doesn't receive the invite), but we'd much prefer to be able to directly do it, natively.

Just adding to this whole thing, we have sales reps using timezest links to schedule presales meetings with the client, but it only schedules the presales engineer and the client. Then the engineer needs to forward the ICS file to the sales rep (CW territory manager) so they can add it to their calendar. We're making it work for now, but definitely can't wait to have panel scheduling available!
Jason Langenauer
We're currently working on panel scheduling, which is the ability to schedule more than one member for an appointment. While it won't have the ability to schedule every member of a team, it will allow for them to be specified manually, and added to the same appointment.

Jason Langenauer: Is there an ETA on this? It's a major need for us.
Jason Langenauer
Chris O'Hearn: Likely inside the next month, unless it somehow turns out to be much more complex than we anticipated. Development work has just started this week.

Or when having to plan project teams meetings with clients. AKA 4 in house people with 1 client

Brian LaPratt: This is exactly what I came looking for. I want a client to be able to schedule a project kick-off but I want them to only see appointments where the whole project team is available and then books them all
