We are using the TimeZest API to pull in Agents, Scheduling Requests, etc. for our own reporting that we do inside Microsoft Fabric. One change we would like to see if to add the "updated_at" onto the supported TQL attributes of the Scheduling Requests. That would allow us to do a more targeted windowing approach for pulling down the status of the current request and not run the risk of missing dates for when a request is in a specific status.
