We would love to see this implemented. I saw the note about SMS reminders, but it would be awesome to send the original scheduling request (maybe condensed to be text friendly) Something like "Click this link to select a meeting time with your Helpdesk technician"
More and more we are getting customers who ask us to text them to schedule.

By SMS reminders, do you mean reminders to the client at the time of their appointment? Or something else?
