Integrate with Office 365, so that availability is determined from an Office 365 calendar, and also so that appointments can be written to the Office 365 calendar.

We've soft-launched this a while ago, but you can now connect TimeZest to your Office 365 tenant, and for those TimeZest users who have accounts there, they can be configured to read from their O365 calendar to determine availability (either by itself, or in conjunction with CWM/AT calendars), and also can select O365 as the calendar where new appointments are written.

Hey Jason. this is amazing :)
Had it not been for ConnectWise finally releasing real-time sync in their latest release we would have loved having this feature. I think they heard you guys coming and straightened up their act.
That said, we definitely have team members (non-techs) that do not sync their M365 calendar to CW but they still want to make use of TimeZest. This would open the door for that option.
Any chance you extend us access to the beta?

Hey Jason, Can we set notifications for others. Meaning if we have a client that has chronic misses, we can add a manager to the notification so it adds to their calendar to ensure its acted on time

to clarify both the tech and the manager.
