My techs get the sharable URL from the website and not the pod in CW Manage. I don't have them use that because there is no confirmation box and when they click the “ask client to schedule" button it fires off an email and I don’t want something to send by mistake. The only people who use the pod is the dispatcher. I do like the “additional options” section that the pod has and it would be nice if the website had something like that as well. I was think the website could have a page called “Sharable URL Generator” then techs have access to it and can generate a shareable URL. They can select the resource, and appointment type, input the ticket number, as well as have options that the pod has like scheduling before or after a time or changing the duration.
