Set reminder on appointment

I noticed right now that TimeZest does not set reminders on activities that it schedules. Would like to have this added. Our technicians miss their appointments without the reminders.

I agree - I want a reminder but also want the ability to send multiple reminders (similar to what I get from others) - 24 hours / 4 hours / 1 hour / 5 minutes . . . . before the appointment.

This would be good to have the ability to send a customer a reminder of their scheduled appointment a day or an hour before the time so that they are both reminded (and for a video call have the link again) and can cancel or reschedule if needed.

Our techs don't miss them, but some clients do. I also like the idea of send separate onsite reminders every morning at 7am, so the client POC sees it first thing.

As much as I hate to say it, we're in the same boat. I initially thought that simply having our team monitor their calendar would do the trick, but that's turning out to be problematic. From a TZ perspective, I think this feature would help improve overall adoption of new clients, too - it can be a feature that makes CW/TZ easier to use overall and something that CW doesn't really do well.

This would be huge for us. It is easy for our technicians to get bogged down in the day and forget that they have a scheduled appointment.

I'm actually only after having the reminder set for the activity in ConnectWise. Customer reminders, while nice, was not part of my suggestion.

I'd like to agree about the client reminders - our techs just keep watch on their calendars, but esp. if we could enable/disable this for specific appt types (like on sites) this would be lovely. Example: day of an on site appointment, client and tech gets an email or similar.

We would need reminders sent to clients for appointments that are booked also!

This seems like a worthwhile improvement to TimeZest, and one we'll investigate further.
