It would be helpful if it were possible to set Microsoft 365 as the preferred default primary calendar for example, I have noticed that if a user gets their 365 account locked and then reenabled, Timezest selects Autotask as the default (in our case, I'm sure this could vary). This would solve a niche issue where reenabled/new accounts will at least default to having what we as a business prefer our users to have set as their primary calendar.
