When we schedule multiple contacts in 1 single ticket it would be nice to easily see who scheduled for when either in the ticket/TZ web page. Searching through emails to find the right person to call at their scheduled time is annoying.

Also the Calendar Appt, does not have the person who scheduled the Appontment as an invitee should be their.

All invites from timezest sent to us should have full contact info in the Calendar invite, Company, Full Name, email address, if they are in Autotask. if not, then name and/or email address at the very least

I agree, just scheduled an engineer with multiple contacts on a single ticket and it took me 5 minutes to sort through the internal notes of schedules and reschedules for different days. I just need to know who he has to call right now!
