The TZ Dasboard page only shows new schedule requests, why not have it show all activty, including reschedules and cancellations. Had an issue today where an appointment "disappeared" from a tech's schedule. Because it was gone, we didn't know if it was removed by accident or what.
And no one could remember what client it was for. It took almost 30 minutes to open each ticket and check the internal notes to finally find the one that was scheduled for that specific date/time and confirm the client had rescheduled the appointment.
