The product works well for engineers and clients with support tickets, but we are trying to use it for presales engagements, in other words the customer is the MicroAge sales rep, they need the ability to forward the meeting email to the client, or they need to be able to add their client to the invitation at time of booking (kind of like calendly). Most importantly they need to know that the client has accepted the meeting through some method, like the outlook tracker or an email reply that the client has accepted.
Basically it has to be “third party” friendly in the presales model.
