Restrict users from scheduling other users

Hello, we use the Autotask API for all our TimeZest usage, and we have a problem with permissions. All of our users can select any user to send a TimeZest on their behalf. I need the ability for some users to only be able to send TimeZests for themselves.

We need a permission thing to give permission to appointments to certain users and who can choose which users for an appointment.
