Because of how our PSA functions, we often have the wrong phone number listed for users who are "known". The option to request a phone number on creating a phone call appointment is only for users who are not "known", we need an option to make that field required for all phone call appointments in case 1) we have the wrong number or 2) the user wants us to call them on a number other than the one we have listed as their primary.

An option to suggest the number we would call the user at if they don't provide a number might be useful too.
