Request Reschedule

Have the option to ask the client to reschedule. Scheduling conflicts etc. Would also be nice to have a field to include reason.

This would be great! We have clients who miss the appointment and our only option right now is to send a new link, or for them to use our booking link which creates a new ticket. We then have multiple scheduled appointments and have to cancel the missed one, sending an email to the customer.
Also, when a tech is out sick we could easily make the request for the client to reschedule from the pod within our CRM.

This continues to come up for us. There is now a "reschedule" option in Calendar HQ but that only allows us to select a new date and time. It would be nice if we could select "Reschedule" and then either choose a new date and time or "ask client to reschedule"

Shannon Gomes: We have this feature request in our backlog but not currently prioritized to be picked up by our team at this time. We meet weekly to review requests to readjust our priorities so there is always a chance this could be picked up sooner.

Yes, this could be very handy. Or if they just miss the appointment, though I guess you could send another one in that instance.
