Remove Individual Appointments from the Dashboard

We typically need to walk a customer thru a sample ticket with appoint so they can understand the use. Also, technicians may create the request improperly. To keep things tidy it would nice if admin could remove these from the Dashboard as we like to keep up with these at a glace of the dashboard.
