I think it would be cool and add a personal touch if you can see a photo of the person you are scheduling with, maybe grab the photo from CW manage account

This is a nice idea to add a personal touch to remote appointments. It seems it would be easy to implement.
Perhaps the photos could come from Azure or the PSA system to avoid the user having the extra work of uploading them.
