Partners would like to be able to schedule appointments which involve more than one member - for example, when a specialist engineer needs to sit in on a call with a technician, or for sales calls which involve multiple people.

We've just made this feature live! You can now schedule up to 3 resources - either individual members or teams - on a scheduling request, and TimeZest will schedule an appointment for all of them.
This is only available to accounts on our TimeZest professional plan.

Shane Swanson: It's done for performance reasons - because panel scheduling works with teams, there ends up being this combinatorial explosion that happens as TimeZest works out all the possible combinations of members that could fill a particular slot to offer the end user, and the large number of API requests that we have to make to actually determine availability - we don't want an end user to have to wait 60 seconds, for example, to see available times.
That said, we think there are some optimizations we can do, so we're hopeful we'll be able to raise the number of resources in the future.

This would be really helpful! We've had our PoCs ask to be included on the invites, just so they know it's happening. We also could use for PM and Project Engineer if this were a feature. We don't currently use TimeZest for project meetings

This may be a separate issue/request but we leverage the ticket creation option for sales handoff or scoping calls. Often times the sales rep are scheduling these on behalf of the prospect/client but also wants to be included on the call. It would be nice if there was a CC option when selecting the time to include additional e-mails (internal or external) without have to create a team for every possible combination of resources. The paneling will help with internal resources but not as much with external.

Just here to echo what others are saying on the need for this functionality. There are a lot of scenarios in which you want multiple resources scheduled for a call with a client (sales resource + technical resource, project kick-off meetings, etc.). Really looking forward to this feature if you can implement it. Thanks!

YES! We assumed this was an option when we upgraded from the free to the top tier. Please, please develop and implement this ASAP. Is there a time frame on when this could be done?

Agreed! This is a really important feature to us. Especially for an engineer and a sales rep to team up with a contact on a ticket. I do not care so much about having multiple external contacts. I'd be happy to let the customer coordinate their internal schedules if needed in order to get this feature sooner. I think the drop down for members could have check boxes next to members (kind of like the service board list drop down). Then you could include more than one member on any given appointment type.

We need this specifically for meetings where a sales person and an engineer need to be at the same appointment. Calendly supports this.

Yes please!!! We often need to pair up the Account Manager plus an engineer for a project call, or the principal and the Account Manager for a new business call or a QBR call, etc.
