I would like to give the client the ability to schedule after-hours maintenance, so it needs to be outside of normal working hours.

This can be accomplished by using the "schedule before or on" and the "schedule on or after" settings in the Additional Options section within the TimeZest pod. Set the time to the after hours timeframe and the client will be able to choose within that time.
