Option to cancel TimeZest when status of a ticket is changed by the tech.

Currently if we send out a TimeZest, the workflow for TimeZest will continue even if the ticket is sent to another team or is set to another status (In our case we have a "completed" status which is different from closed). It would be great if there was an option to set TimeZest to cancel depending on which status is currently selected. This would be helpful when we route tickets to other teams or we set tickets to a completed status. As of right now the only option that does do this is when a ticket is in a "closed" status.
