Option to allow TimeZest to schedule over "done" schedule entries

When a ticket in CWM is closed, all the schedule entries associated with it are marked as done. At present, TimeZest does not consider this done status when looking for free time to schedule appointments, but an option could be created on appointment types, like the existing "Schedule over tentative appointments" which would do this.

Any Autotask CompanyTodos Entities with a completed date could probably be ignored when checking for availability. This is related to an issue I had with a completed TODO from last year with a time frame that extended past current day blocking my availability.

Many of our technicians work ahead and complete service calls in Autotask PSA before the scheduled day. It would be nice if TimeZest could see the completed service call and reopen the timeslot so additional TimeZest appointments could be scheduled.

New TZ user here, noticing appointments in CWM that are marked completed (maybe worked early due to various reasons) won't be considered as an open time slot by TZ. Would be nice it read that it was completed and saw that time slot open without deleting the tech off that ticket which then messes up our reporting.

Huge problem I also posted about this problem. As a service desk we had to just stop using todo's to work around this.
