Performed a test with the new integration (love it!) and found that when you cancel an appointment it shows up great on the contacts end "stays on their calendar and shows "Canceled:" however for the MSP it just disappears from our calendar. It would be nice to have the option to have it stay there so we know it was cancelled by looking at the calendar. I have had times when I remember having an appointment scheduled but it is missing and I can't remember what it was. Would be nice to maintain the appointment with a "Cancelled" update like it does for the contact.
