The appointment type will need to be converted to Workflow mode in order to add an action that will add a note to a ticket when a reminder email is sent to a client.

I would love this for ConnectWise Manage. I am a dispatcher, and my techs do not always have the TimeZest pod added to their view of the tickets (and they shouldn't need to), but it'd be nice to see in the ticket notes themselves when each reminder is sent.
