hmmmm... could this feature be available at the appointment types level? I can see how we have certain appointment types that we make availability for at different times in the day. For example some org's may prefer to schedule all sales in the afternoon, or all technical work during a different time window than general office hours.

Then you can configure multiple blocks per day where your users are available, and thus automatically block out lunch periods etc.

Agree, and if tech can customize/update their availability before email (asking to select availability) sent to client, would be more accurate and resourceful.

We've come over from using appointment core - and while the integration is much better, the flexibility is lacking. I'd like to see this consider availability per appointment type. For example we're not going to book an onsite on a Friday afternoon, but you're welcome to book a short remote call.

To further expand on this - being able to set custom availability per DAY rather than the entire week would be ideal. We keep availability attached to the CW office hours calendar, but I need to set custom availability one day a week to accommodate meetings, but leave the rest of the week attached to the office hours calendar.

Seconding this! It would be great to give my technicians some autonomy over a block of time in the afternoon: ensuring that they are able to take a meal break in accordance with DOL regulations, while still allowing them to integrate it into projects and "unstructured" work time.
