Minimum notice for appointments should follow business hours, not wall time.

At the moment, if an appointment type requires 4 hours notice, and a client picks at time at the end of the business day, the appointment can be scheduled right at the start of the next business day, leaving little time to prepare.
This could be fixed by having the minimum notice obey the business hours set for the business in ConnectWise Manage.

....and I have changed all of our appointment types now! Thank you for this much-needed upgrade! 😁👍🏻

I have been a little slack in updating this ticket on the roadmap, but support for business-hours based minimum notice periods can now be turned on for your appointment types - the setting is in the "Scheduling Options" section.

Would it make sense to leave the current time as clock time and maybe allow admins or the techs to block up to the first hour of each day so that it cannot be blocked off as a morning prep maybe?

oh my I had no idea this was how this worked (new TimeZest client) - good to know, and great feature to add.

Agreed - lead time should be business hours, not clock hours.

This is exactly what I'm using notice time for now so this would be super helpful!
