I am requesting an option for the end-user to verify that the ticket can be closed, or no additional follow up is desired.
This would serve a primary function on tickets that have been resolved, but are awaiting client verification for closure. This would also allow clients to easily cancel a ticket if service is no longer needed.
Ideally, this action would feed into the ticket as a internal update saying "Client has marked issue resolved," flagging the ticket for review/ scheduling change. The technician would review for closure, verify resolution and manually mark complete.
