Make Cancellation Reason a required field

I'd love for the cancellation reason field/box to be required when a client cancels their appointment. Our clients don't regularly give a reason so it's unclear if they need to reschedule or fully cancel (ex: their issue resolved itself, etc.)

This is a must. Otherwise the email sent to the client with the reason for cancelling does not make sense.
