for Manage, resource = ME by default

hey smart people, can we make the default resource, when scheduling thru the TZ Pod in Manage, the resource that is logged in? this would be very helpful for our colleagues who do a lot of their own scheduling/TZ's. Thanks!

It would be nice if I could have a preselected appointment type (and myself for who) when I go into a ticket. This way I just need to click on it.

Just a thought, make this a setting on a per TZ user basis. For instance, a dispatch role may want their default resource to be a team, say your service department.
An account manager may want it to be the ME statement as listed above.
A sales Rep may want anyone within that department.
Setting a default resource on a per user level would be HANDY

This is a pretty good idea, and not too hard to implement either. I think we can fit it in shortly.

Jason Langenauer: awesome! we have a lot of people in the dropdown. you can, of course, start typing your name to get there quicker but if its already set to yourself, that would make life a lot easier for our teams. Thanks! :)
