We'd love API access to user scheduling configuration so we can build auditing and automation workflows.
Specifically, we'd like the ability to:
  • Read all user availability and scheduling blocks
  • Calculate total available hours for a user
  • Create, update, and remove availability blocks
  • Determine whether a user's Personal Page is enabled
  • Enable or disable a user's Personal Page
  • Determine which appointment types are published on a user's Personal Page
  • Enable or disable appointment types on a user's Personal Page
These capabilities would allow us to automate onboarding, enforce scheduling standards, identify scheduling anomalies, and generate operational reporting across our organization.
