Exclude Appointment Type from Insight in AutoTask

It would be nice if there was an option exclude appointment types from the drop down in AutoTask. We create some that are meant to be shared outside of AutoTask and they don't need to be in the list.

I agree. This would be very helpful for us. We routinely setup appointments for specific purposes to use outside of tickets, making our list in the AutoTask widget much longer than it needs to be.
