When API errors occur, the audit log for an individual scheduling items shows an error. It would be useful to have one page that shows all API errors on all scheduling requests. Alternatively, if API errors could lead to notification e-mails, we would be able to check on these as they occur.
As it is now, I have at least one appointment that a client thought was scheduled but which was not in my PSA, and no easy way to see if there are more cases like that.
