We would like the ability to edit the features/options of an existing scheduled appointment after it has been scheduled or the scheduling URL has been created.
Use cases:
1) an onsite visit is scheduled on a specific day, and the client calls to add work to that appointment. We need to increase the duration from 1 to 2 hours.
2) We need to add a second technician to the appointment after the fact. Add Resources.
3) Client requests that the appointment be sent to additional users at their organization so that they are aware. Invite Guests.
Ideally this would be possible within the TimeZest Pod in the CRM, in our case ConnectWise, as the Scheduled URLs that have been created, but not scheduled are not visible in Calendar HQ.
