CW Integration - Change TimeZest appointment from "Scheduled" to "Completed"

Change TimeZest appointment from "Scheduled" to "Completed" once the appointment is done. In the integration with CW we have the TimeZest Scheduling pod which shows "Scheduled", "Sent", Cancelled", but I would also like to see when it is "Complete". Either have this done automatically when the scheduled date/time has passed (room for error) or allow our reps to "Mark Complete". There are times when multiple appointments are sent on the same ticket and this would be helpful!

Couldn't agree more! It would even be nice if all the "Completed" entries were collapsed at the bottom of the Pod. They can be expanded if someone wants to see past hen appointment, but get them out of the way once they're completed.

I agree with this! One of our techs just mentioned how it is hard to tell exactly what happened within the Pod when there were multiple requests to schedule the time.
