ConnectWise PSA - Add Teams Meeting to technicians calendar

We use Timezest in ConnectWise PSA. Currently, the technicians get a calendar entry from ConnectWise itself, but not from Teams. They need to navigate to the internal notes of the ticket to find the Teams Meeting URL.
Is there an existing feature to allow this to work or is it yet to be implemented?

The issue is the flow on how it creates the meeting in connectwise. I’m sure this is an easy fix if they want to fix it. The steps should be
- Add internal Note on to ticket
- Create the Schedule in CW
If they do it this way the link will appear in the calendar meeting in outlook.

I'd rather be double booked than have to go hunt for the url. It's not convenient, especially if there have been a ton of notes in the ticket since the message was sent. It's very frustrating when you are trying to get into that meeting 1 or 2 minutes late and you just can't find that url.

Coletan Manchester I think this might the way it was designed. If the technicians were to get a calendar entry as well, then they would typically have a calendar entry from the ticket AND a calendar entry from Teams, making them appear to be double booked. I do agree that it's a bit odd to have to go hunt for the meeting URL - even if it ended up as a task in the ticket vs in internal it would be easier to spot, but don't know what the best answer is.
