Confirmation Emails to Multiple Users

I am managing Time Zest for one of our staff members (user). It would be helpful to receive confirmation emails as well when a client books an appointment so I can follow up.

We need this for our dispatchers so they get notification when these are scheduled for techs. Since they are managing their techs calendars, they need to know about changes as soon as they come up and they currently have no visibility into what is being scheduled for anyone with Timezest w/out checking their calendar or dispatch portal. I'd prefer the ability to either add an additional line to CC or BCC them or give us the ability to send another email using a template to a person of our choosing or user within TimeZest for a specific work flow.
I'm currently testing some connectwise workflows to trigger a notification but this would be much cleaner and easier to configure instead of remembering to change or edit the work flows in connectwise while also configuring the workflows in timezest.
One last thing worth mentioning is we changed the statuses in connectwise (at your recommendation) so that we weren't triggering notifications. so having to go back and create different triggers for this process in connectwise seems a little counter intuitive.

Yes! I'd like to be able to have an email sent to another staff member who is not necessarily scheduled on the appointment (such as a service manager).
