TimeZest currently treats every appointment synced from HaloPSA as busy, regardless of appointment type or agent status. Add a setting in the Halo integration that lets each team choose which Halo appointment types and statuses count as free (available) and which count as busy. This would give Halo users the same control Microsoft 365 users get through the “Show as” setting, and prevent informational or tentative entries from blocking bookable time.
