We use shared links to automatically create tickets in Connectwise Manage for specific tasks such as Remote Device Setup or Remote Device Wipe. It would be helpful to be able to ask for the serial number of the device that we will be working on so that we can prepare for the appointment.

It is cumbersome for our team to have the tickets auto generated with half of the information. From our client side they believe theyve provided all they need however without the added info stored in the links, we will always be behind
