Capacity time

We use the capacity to make sure engineers have some breathing room in their day. Currently, it looks like TimeZest can't honor capacity limits. One engineer just got booked and it put him at 145% daily capacity.
Can Appointment Types have the feature to honor capacity limits?

It's something we've considered, but ConnectWise Manage doesn't make capacity information available through the API, so we'd have to manually calculate it, which makes it something of a big project.
It's also something we'd like to incorporate into team scheduling in the future, where appointments get assigned to the team member with the most available capacity.
