We leverage Hunt groups to produce max availability for our clients on easy/simple requests to schedule (MFA reset, pw reset, laptop staging, etc).

We also want to use a larger time block for onsite dispatch requests, allowing our clients to self-service their dispatch needs.

With scheduled sessions riddled throughout calendars, our clients do not see dispatch availability for weeks.

We are requesting a solution on automatically moving scheduled work, allowing a dispatch to be scheduled overtop of existing timezest meetings. Then move all scheduled events to members of the previously used hunt groups for remote session needs.
