It would be super nice to choose whether a given appointment type is visible in the PSA integration. For example, we don't need sales / client success appointment types to be visible in the PSA integration, but we have to scroll past them to get to the support appointment types. It'd be nice to choose whether or not a given appointment type is shown in the PSA integration.

I believe there is an existing request similar to this one. That one asked that TimeZest update Appointment Types by Board assignment in CW. That way only the appointment types for that board are visible.
Another suggestion was that appointment types be assigned to team members and when you select the team member to schedule, it then lists only their appointment types.
Either option would be great!

Would love to see this for the HaloPSA integration. Essentially, I would like an option inside the Integration setup that allows me to toggle which Appointment types are presented inside the integration. This would function just like the individual user personal page.
This would remove the entire list of appointment types inside of my PSA to eliminate possible human error by only allowing the dispatchers to choose from the list we have toggled on.

Add to me the list of people who would like this as well. Our Account Managers will be using TimeZest for a number of different appointments that are Service team never do. Organizationally it would be much cleaner to limit appointment types by team.

Just had a call with TimeZest and she pointed me to this thread. Hoping to see this come soon. Would be very nice to have appointment types assigned to boards. You could have 1 appt type assigned to several boards. Some appt types could then we used for Shareable links and they don't show in the ConnectWise. @ Jason Casuga hope all is well. Been a long time since we chatted.

This would be great! I would also like to be able to limit it by the member being assigned. Our techs only use Technical Types, our Sales reps use different ones.

Add another limitation for Appointments that can be sent via CRM integration, in our case, ConnectWise (through the TimeZest pod), vs Appointments visible on the Personal Pages. We have certain campaign appointments that we only want to show up on the personal pages and would never be scheduled through the integration.

I would love to be able to prevent scheduling on certain boards, or to prevent staff from scheduling T&M clients using TimeZest (these clients should pay more to get that function). I think this can be done in board setup, or an agreement type filter.

We do not use TZ on all our Service Boards, yet the Pod shows up on all boards. Someone could accidentally use TZ to schedule on a Board where no configuration has been set up.
