Allow for configuring Teams meeting options

At least in workflow mode, it'd be nice to be able to control the additional options that can be set when a Teams meeting is created. Namely things like whether it should be recorded and/or transcribed, or if the meeting chat should be "limited" to In-meeting only.
These are simply boolean flags that can be added to the API request made to create the meetings.

This is actually a huge need for us now that we have moved to Teams Premium. We have a specific need for client-facing meetings in which recording is enabled, transcriptions are created, and Copilot is available during and after the meeting. We also open up the permissions so that everyone in the org can ask Copilot about the meeting. Please add this TimeZest!

This would be incredibly helpful. We have those same exact wishes to automatically record and not have people reply via chat outside of meeting
