Allow the client to cancel from the original invite. Currently this is only available once they have set the appointment.

We seem to get a lot of IGNORED scheduling requests. The client then sends in a note on the ticket stating they do not need service any longer. Can we make a Cancel request on the initial email requesting them to choose a time? Make it so if they do cancel, a note is added to the ticket, the request is Cancelled by the client in the TZ Pod and have it change the status on the ticket to the Status after cancellation. Also, can you confirm that reminders are NOT sent for requests to schedule that have been cancelled by either the contact or the technician.
